With the method of balanced calculation between materials and products (MBCBMP),the application costs model was obtained by means of the relationship between the weight of gaseous pollutants produced by coal combustion and the variable costs of the desulfurization(denitrogenation) devices,and the influencing factors of the costs model were revealed.
