In this paper, aiming at the low utilization rate of the feather resource in our country, through analyzing the actualities of the existent thermal insulation interlining, feather and synthetic fiber thermal insulation interlining is made, which is mixed with three-dimensional crimped hollow polyester fiber and ES bicomponent fiber, and is formed by means of air-laid.
本文通过对市场上服用保暖絮片现状的分析,针对我国羽毛资源利用率不高的情况,确定了将羽毛与化纤混合,采用气流成形技术路径以及双组分复合化纤配料热粘合加固,制备羽毛/化纤絮片。
