The technology development of efficiency and net positive suction(NPSH) performance indexes about single-stage and single-suction rinsing centrifugal pump are investigated in this paper, in which a great deal of measuring or national standard value and sample value of two performance indexes about vertical and horizontal pump are collected and compared.
论文通过对单级单吸清水离心泵的性能指标进行行业调查,在收集大量数据的基础上,将效率、汽蚀余量性能指标的实测值与国家标准规定值及样本数值进行比较,对立式结构、卧式结构分别进行统计、整理,详细地介绍了国内单级单吸清水离心泵的技术水平现状,指出了样本数据普遍与实测数据不一致、低比转速的性能指标技术水平相对好一些及立式结构的效率性能指标偏低,并对整理结果进行详细技术分析。
