This paper introduces the way of preparing nanocystalline WC which average grain size is about 20-30nm and average particle size is less than 100nm with low temperature carbonization method,and the WC powder is tested by composition analysis,DSC,XRD,SEM and BET method.
本文主要讲述了用低温碳化的方法制备平均晶粒度为20~30nm,颗粒尺寸小于100 nm的纳米碳化钨粉末。
