In order to solve the primal problems of the existing hydraulic test stand,this paper points out technical methods such as distributed computer data acquisition,triple closed-loop temperature control of the fluid,singlechip computer microleakage flow measurement,double channel dynamic test of servovalve.
针对现有液压试验台所存在的主要问题,提出了分布式计算机数据采集、三闭环油温控制、单片机测重法微泄漏流量测试、双通道伺服阀动态测试等技术策略,介绍了所研制的高精度多功能液压试验台的主要特点及部分实测结果。
