In order to produce commercial nitrobacteria for the removal of nitrites in aquaculture water,the sequential experimental design including the Plackett-Burman design,the factorial design,the steepest ascent method and the central composite design was used to optimize the fermentation medium of nitrobacteria isolated from a shrimp pond.
为了开发商品化的硝化菌产品,以去除养殖水体中的亚硝酸盐,利用序贯试验设计(包括Plackett-Burman设计、部分析因设计、最速上升法和中心组合设计等)对从虾塘中筛选得到的硝化菌的发酵培养基进行优化,得到最佳培养基组成为:NaHCO31。
