In this paper we study of separating xylitol mother liquid and xylose(50%) in three different concentration with PCR-642 resin using pulse test equipment and also make a foremost analysis to the feasibility of industrialization of separating xylose/xylitol mother liquid.
试验采用单柱评价装置,用PCR 642树脂分别对3种不同浓度的木糖醇母液、50%木糖母液进行了分离试验,初步得出了部分相关数据,并对木糖(醇)母液实现工业化分离可行性作了初步分析,结果表明:用PCR 642树脂对木糖醇母液中的木糖醇进行分离提纯是可行的,较佳的进料浓度是50%;用PCR 642树脂从木糖母液中提取木糖或阿拉伯糖则行不通。
In this paper several adsorbents were investigated using pulse test equipment by material of xylitol mother liquid(50 wt%).
试验采用单柱评价装置,利用浓度为50%的木糖醇母液为原料,对几种不同吸附剂进行评价。
