With an introduction of the development of the linear-motor vehicle and the advantage of the hour-glass rubber spring which is applied in urban rail vehicles,this paper discusses the calculation of the rubber spring by FEA software,analyses the non-linearity feature of the spring s load-deflection curve,and obtains the equivalent static deflection under dynamic state.
