针对在高压工作情况下液压动力油缸的渗油现象,特设计制作了三角形的金属涨环,装在Y形密封圈内外唇边开口处,三角形涨环使Y形密封圈的内外唇边以适当的压缩量一直紧贴在活塞杆和缸盖的表面上,配合Y形橡胶密封圈密封等措施,取得较好的防漏效果。
