By using shore hardness test method,the effects of combining strength,coating thickness,basic material,hammer on the restitution coefficient are studied from tests and calculation two aspects.
利用反弹硬度试验方法,从试验和计算两方面讨论了结合强度、镀层厚度、基体金属及重锤对反弹系数的影响,结果表明,当重锤压头的曲率半径增加,反弹系数也增大;相同条件下,如果反弹系数大,表明镀层的结合力强,相反,反弹系数小时,镀层的结合力弱。
