The relation between the explosive brisance which is determined by lead pillar condensation method and the charge density is analyzed theoretically in this paper,experimental study is carried out according to powdery non-TNT ammonium nitrate explosive,and the changing relations between the charge density of this kind of explosive and its brisance are found out.
