Based on the situation that human capital has not been fully used in libraries,the paper has given the reason that why librarian has closed the human capital and put forward strategy to open librarian’s human capital that has been closed.
针对图书馆现有人力资本利用不充分的现状,从经济学角度阐述人力资本的特点,及图书馆馆员人力资本关闭的原因,提出开启图书馆馆员人力资本的策略。
