In this paper, AZ91D as-cast magnesium alloy was studied by OM, SEM, TEM ,XRD, EDS, which was treated by slow solidification, solution ageing and homogenizing annealing treatments.
为此,本文选择了具有代表性的AZ91D镁合金铸锭,对其进行缓慢凝固处理、固溶时效处理和均匀化退火处理,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜等观察合金的显微组织,利用X射线衍射仪、X射线能谱仪定性和定量地分析合金及微区成分,并对合金的布氏硬度、微区的显微硬度及抗拉伸、抗压缩性能等进行测试,对合金凝固过程和脱溶析出过程进行分析,探讨这三种方法对消除偏析β相,改善二次β相的析出形态及力学性能的影响。
