1.The winning bidder or the vendee shall, beginning from the date he receives the certificate, obtain the right to the use of the sea area.
中标人或者买受人自领取海域使用权证书之日起，取得海域使用权。

买受人怠于通知的，视为标的物数量或者质量符合约定。

买家需支付样品费，邮寄费。当有正式定单后前两重（种？）费用予以扣除。
4.Where the price for the second auction sale is lower than that for the first one, the former vendee shall make up the difference.
再行拍卖的价款低于原拍卖价款的，原买受人应当补足差额。
5.The vendor shall deliver the goods to the vendee by June 15.
卖方须在6月15日前将货交给买方。
6.The vendee must be insolvent
