1.Objective To discuss the intraoperative techniques and outcome of phacoemulsification through papillary circular synechia .

2.Its 4 cases, the pupils were avulsed and dispersed. In 3 cases, irises were partly damaged. None of the cases had the anterior synechia.
4眼瞳孔撕裂散大，3眼虹膜部分缺损，所有患眼均未造成虹膜前粘连。
3.Variable degree of corectopia and peripheral anterior synechia occurred in all eyes.
所有患眼均有不同程度之瞳孔异位及周边前黏连。
4.Result: The synechia nasal occurred in 28 cases(16. 97%).
结果：28例术后黏连，黏连率为16。
