1.Jehu went in and ate and drank. 'Take care of that cursed woman, ' he said, 'and bury her, for she was a king's daughter. '
耶户进去，吃了喝了，吩咐说，你们把这被咒诅的妇人葬埋了，因为她是王的女儿。
2.And Jehu said, If it be your minds, then let none go forth nor escape out of the city to go to tell it in Jezreel.
耶户说，若合你们的意思，就不容人逃出城往耶斯列报信去。
3.This was the word of Jehovah which he spake unto Jehu, saying, Thy sons to the fourth generation shall sit upon the throne of Israel.
这是从前耶和华应许耶户说：「你的子孙必坐以色列的国位直到四代。」
4.Kin 9: 11 Then Jehu came forth to the servants of his lord, and one said unto him, Is all well? wherefore came this mad fellow to thee?
王下9：11耶户出来，回到他主人的臣仆那里，有一人问他说：平安麽？这狂妄的人来见你有甚麽事呢？
5.Then Jehu went to Jezreel. When Jezebel heard about it, she painted her eyes, arranged her hair and looked out of a window.
耶户到了耶斯列。耶洗别听见就擦粉，梳头，从窗户里往外观看。
6.In the seventh year of Jehu Jehoash began to reign; and forty years reigned he in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Zibiah of Beersheba.
耶户第七年，约阿施登基，在耶路撒冷作王四十年。他母亲名叫西比亚，是别是巴人。
7.So the word of the Lord spoken to Jehu was fulfilled: 'Your descendants will sit on the throne of Israel to the fourth generation. '
这是从前耶和华应许耶户说，你的子孙必坐以色列的国位直到四代。这话果然应验了。
8.Then Amaziah sent messengers to Jehoash, the son of Jehoahaz son of Jehu, king of Israel, saying, Come, let us look one another in the face.
那时，亚玛谢差遣使者去见耶户的孙子约哈斯的儿子以色列王约阿施，说，你来，我们二人相见于战场。
9.And Jehu slept with his fathers: and they buried him in Samaria. And Jehoahaz his son reigned in his stead.
耶户与他列祖同睡，葬在撒马利亚。他儿子约哈斯接续他作王。
10.Jehu the seer, the son of Hanani, went out to meet him and said to the king, 'Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord ?
先见哈拿尼的儿子耶户出来迎接约沙法王，对他说，你岂当帮助恶人，爱那恨恶耶和华的人呢？
