约兰说，我们从哪条路上去呢。回答说，从以东旷野的路上去。
5.And these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before there reigned any king over the children of Israel.
以色列人未有君王治理以先，在以东地作王的记在下面。
6.Thy hair is like clusters of grapes like the clusters of black grapes that hang from the vinetrees of Edom in the land of the Edomites.
你的头发就像葡萄串，就像是生长在伊多姆之藤上的黑色葡萄串。
7.And Edom shall become an astonishment: every one that passed by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss at all the plagues thereof.
以东必令人惊骇；凡经过的人就受惊骇，又因他一切的灾祸嗤笑。
8.38 and also Obed-edom and his sixty-eight brothers, while Obed-edom, the son of Jeduthun, and Hosah were to be gatekeepers.
又派俄别以东和他的弟兄六十八人，与耶杜顿的儿子俄别以东，并何萨作守门的；
9.That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen , which are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this.
使以色列人得以东所馀剩的，和所有称为我名下的国。此乃行这事的耶和华说的。
10.And it was told King David, "The LORD has blessed the household of Obed-edom and all that belongs to him, because of the ark of God. "
有人告诉大卫王说：「耶和华因为约柜赐福给俄别以东的家和一切属他的。」
