Based on the considering of companies, this paper analyses the relationship in a theoretical way from three points which are stock liquidity, market risk and expected cash flows.
本文基于公司角度,从股票流动性、市场风险、预期现金流三个方面对两者之间的关系进行了较为深入的理论分析;在辨析了信息披露概念、经济学动因、评价标准的基础上,对我国信息披露的现状进行了阐述;对股权融资成本、信息披露质量及其他相关因素的度量进行了详细的说明;并且利用深交所2002-2005年数据,运用独立混合横截面和分年度多元回归的实证方法分析了我国上市公司信息披露质量对股权融资成本的影响。
