The[Al]s and T[O]content of 72A and the composition and photos of the inclusions during LF- VD refining period in Capital Steel were systematically analyzed.
对首钢帘线钢72A精炼过程的钢液中酸溶铝、总氧、夹杂物成分和形貌进行了系统的分析,发现从LF结束到VD开始过程中酸溶铝增加很大;VD精炼处理后夹杂物熔点高。
In order to control the oxygen in the steel and improve the inherent quality of the products, on the basis of technological research on producing ultra-low carbon steel in the process of BOF-RH-CC, the influcing factors and controlling technology of reducing the total oxygen content and inclusions in the liquid steel were analysed, and corresponding prediction models were built.
研究结果表明:转炉中控制合适的出钢碳含量、温度和终渣氧化性,RH中保持合适的下渣量、纯脱气时间以及钢包渣的氧化性,连铸过程中减少耐火材料的SiO2含量、改善保护浇注等措施均有利于降低钢中的总氧含量、改善钢材的质量。
