2.对环境的影响:
一、健康危害
侵入途径:吸入、食入、经皮吸收。
健康危害:抑制胆碱酯酶活性,造成神经生理功能紊乱。
  急性中毒:短期内接触(口服、吸入、皮肤、粘膜)大量接触引起急性中毒。表现有头痛、头昏、食欲减退、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、流涎、瞳孔缩小、呼吸道分泌物增多、多汗、肌束震颤等。重者出现肺水肿、脑水肿、昏迷、呼吸麻痹。部分病例可有心、肝、肾损害。少数严重病例在意识恢复后数周或数朋发生周围神经病。个别严重病例可发生迟发性猝死。血胆碱酯酶活性降低。
  慢性中毒:尚有争论。有神经衰弱综合征、多汗、肌束震颤等。血胆碱酯酶活性降低。
二、毒理学资料及环境行为
毒性:属高毒类。
急性毒性:LD5013mg/kg(雄大鼠经口);3.6mg/kg(雌大鼠经口);LC5031.5mg/m3,  4小时(大鼠吸入);人经口10~30mg/kg,致死剂量。
亚急性和慢性毒性:大鼠吸入0.4mg/m3×6小时/日×4月,抑制血胆碱酯酶活性阈浓度。
致突变性:微生物致突变:鼠伤寒沙门氏菌1mg/皿。姊妹染色单体交换:人淋巴细胞200μg/L。
生殖毒性:大鼠经口最低中毒剂量(TDL0):360μg/kg(孕2~22天或产后15天),影响新生鼠生化和代谢。大鼠皮下最低中毒剂量(TDL0):9800μg/kg(孕7~12天)致死胎。
致癌性:大鼠经口最低中毒剂量(TDL0):1260mg/kg,80周(连续),疑致肿瘤,肾上腺皮质肿瘤。
水生生物忍度限量(24小时):鲤鱼为4.5ppm。 
代谢和降解:对硫磷在环境中易受光、空气、水的影响,而分解为无毒物质,但比其它有机磷农药稳定。在自然环境下也易降解。在光照条件下,易进行光氧化反应,生成对氧磷,对氧磷的毒性,比原母体对硫磷毒性更大。对硫磷在喷洒作物上消失很快,在短期内,少量的对硫磷已转变为对氧磷而增加毒性。
残留与蓄积:对硫磷能通过消化道、呼吸道及完整的皮肤和粘膜进入人体。环境中的对硫磷也可以通过食物链发生生物富集作用,但体内蓄积的量远比有机氯农药要低。土壤中的对硫磷也可以通过植物根部吸收而进入植物体内。因而其从土壤中经植物再进入动物体内的可能性是非常大的。
迁移转化:在土壤中,对硫磷可通过水的淋溶作用而稍向土壤深层迁移。一般情况下,年移动速度小于20cm。它可以由土壤表面向大气蒸发,温度越高,蒸发量越大。
危险特性:遇明火,高热可燃。受热分解,放出磷、硫的氧化物等毒性气体。加热发生异构化,变成o,s-二乙基异构体。
燃烧(分解)产物:一氧化碳、氧化磷、氧化硫、氧化氮。

6.应急处理处置方法:
一、泄漏应急处理
迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至安全区,并进行隔离。切断火源。穿防毒服。小量泄漏: 用砂 土或其它不燃材料吸附或吸收。大量泄漏:构筑围堤或挖坑收容。用泡沫覆盖,降低蒸气灾害。用泵转移至槽车或专用收集器内,回收或运至废物处理场所处置。
二、防护措施
呼吸系统防护:生产操作或农业使用时,佩带防毒口罩。紧急事态抢救或逃生时,应该佩带自给式呼吸器。
眼睛防护:可采用安全面罩。
防护服:穿相应的防护服。
手防护:戴防护手套。
其它:工作现场禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。工作后,彻底清洗。工作服不要带到非作业场所,单独存放被毒物污染的衣服,洗后再且。注意个人清洁卫生。
三、急救措施
   喷药时,如发现恶心、呕吐、头痛、泻肚、全身软弱无力等中毒初步症状,须立即离开现场,用肥皂水或碱水少洗净身体,到空气流通处休息,同时服用阿托品或解磷毒(PAM)2~3片(0.5~1mg)。严重者应立即送医院急救。如误服应立即催吐,并口服1~2%苏打水洗胃,导泻可用硫酸钠。
  灭火方法:雾状水、泡沫、砂土。禁止使用酸碱灭火剂。
