1.对动物以任何途径给药,均会出现短时性兴奋,然后转为抑制、萎缩。吸入本品蒸气,尚有对黏膜的刺激作用,使动物出现痉挛。本品中毒引起的组织改变为肝、肾的营养不良性现象。小白鼠吸入2小时,其LC50:25.5mg/L。大鼠灌胃LD50:1.97mg/kg。根据中枢神经系统总和能力的变化,其一次作用的阈浓度为0.09~0.1mg/L.对人的刺激作用阈浓度为0.2mg/L。对皮肤的刺激作用为吗啉的1/1.5。空气中最高容许浓度5mg/m3。本品有毒,对人体皮肤及黏膜均有刺激作用。生产车间应有良好的通风,设备应密闭。操作人员应穿戴防护用具。参见吗啉(D059)。
